Turtlewax No refund Internet
I bought a small box of scratch repair kit from them and after the product didn't perform well (it actually made the scract a bit more visible) I contacted the company for a refund twice (with 3 weeks apart).
About another 3 weeks flew by and still nothing. Not nice.
