Complaint Review: TUSTIN CALIFORNIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

THE TUSTIN POLICE ARE PULLING OVER PEOPLE ON CROMWELL DR IN TUSTIN CALIFORNIA 

AND CREATING FALSE CHARGES ABOUT FRIENDS OF THE RESIDENTS.

THIS HAPPENS IS IN LIEUTENANT MARK TURNERS DISTRICT .

I WAS BORN STRAIGHT AND I WILL NEVER CHANGE.

Any out of court settlements are all canceled as of January 1, 2019.

I was only to manage my fathers estate .

Last summer 2022 my sister told me my father changed his WILL and left everything he owned to me 

RODERICK FOW because of the ramifications of my mothers actions during my lifetime. But she does not

have the will and trust papers . I AM OUT 12000 DOLLARS for attornies fees.

2014 I was followed by two lesbians in a white nissan SUV . 2014 I was followed by a fagged in a black Camaro with tinted windows. 2014 two notes left on my windshield (April).I still don't know who they are. 2008 a manager named Linda accused me of talking on my cell phone at the end of my shift on my way back to the time clock, what she did not know is that I had never owned a cell phone. 2008 on my own time I was shopping after clocking out and I was harassed by a manager for shopping on Walmart time.

This happen two different times. 2015 incident ....child interfered ....stood between me and the bags ....CSM would not respond to blinking light for help after I told the child to leave my area ......childs mother set it up and complained about me and I was suspended.

The story I want to write about does not include Tustin pd or Segerblom or Hurst or Mayor of Tustin .

and is mainly about my fathers family being followed by a gay senior pastor from south Tulsa Baptist church in Tulsa Oklahoma who preached against gay marriage. He harrassed an innocent person who was born straight and never going to change. The problems this pastor caused are big part of the story.

William Segerblom was not or is not involved with this estate.

TRACIE HURST IS NOT THE OWNER OR RELATED TO THE OWNER OF PROPERTY IN QUESTION, NEVER HAS BEEN IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM , PAST, PRESENT OR FUTURE....................

STAY AWAY FROM TUSTIN, THE POLICE WILL USE A WARRANT TO HARRASS YOU AND THEN CAUSE AN ARGUEMENT THAT WIIL NEVER END BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT CONTROL THEIR PEOPLE.

Corruption is not in  my family ..never has been ..never will be... it is embedded here long before my family arrived.

I understand that the Tustin PD does not want to get involved with civil issues and sqatters could be seen as civil.

This problem was criminal long before it was civil , these people have trashed this house far beyond a civil matter , to mistake a property owner for a burglar and then call him a liar and threaten to do it again is criminal and as a result my father would not recognize this house.

If they had followed up on the information I gave them I would not have been in handcuffs, but now I have nightmares and trouble sleeping, When I was younger I worked in armed security and decided then I never want to be an officer because there are too many dirty cops. In 1979 I was accused steeling my own motorcycle by a Tustin cop.

In 2001 I reported and identified a bank robber it took a Tustin detective 4 days to call me, they could have robbed 2 more banks. In 2018 I was stopped and arrested, handcuffed and harrassed for ringing the door bell of my own house, the house my parents owned before me. I had visited this house a thousand times and the neighbors know me by sight.

OF ALL ALL THE HOUSES IN CALIFORNIA THAT CAN BE BURGLED , WHY WOULD I CHOOSE TO BURGLE THIS ONE?

THESE INCIDENTS ARE NOT RHETORICAL.

MY FATHER DID NOT TURN AGAINST ME.

Jim Hurst is calling me about MY property in Tustin and I consider this to be HARRASSMENT. My father appointed me as power of attorney and executor of his estate and this never changed. My father never turned against me, the cousins would have heard about it and told me and my father would have talked to me about the issue FIRST. I am straight, do not drink , smoke or do any kind of drugs and I worked armed security, my driving record is perfect. My father kept records in his house where I could get them at any time, now they are missing and I always had the keys to the house and his records. Jim and Tracie Hurst are relatives of my step mother and are not trustees of this estate, and have no authority over me.they are trespassing and squatting in my house that my father left to me as part of an out of court settlement and the attorney has papers for me to sign. This settlement is because of the harrassment and threats on my life I endured during my lifetime, my father had been warned by the authorities numerous times. Ted Heisig is the lead investigator (FBI). On January 2,2018 I made an attempt to approach my property in Tustin to sign the documents I need to take control of my estate from the attorney appointed by my father I was stopped at gunpoint by 3 armed cops Mark Turner is one of them. more information is forthcoming if requested in writing.

The last time I heard from Tustin POLICE DEPARTMENT  is when Mark Turner released me on the side of road in Tustin.

These cops were not protecting the house . they are protecting the mafia. I gave Mark more than enough information for his so called investigation, he just called me a liar. I want satisfaction now or i have 4 lawyers willing to help me SALVIN, BERTZ, HICKEY, MARTIN .

 IF I HAD ALREADY SIGNED THE TRANSFER PAPERS THERE IS STILL A PROBLEM WITH THE SREW UP COMMIE COPS OF TUSTIN.

THE COPS THERE WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR HOME AND GIVE IT TO THE MAFIA.

THIS IS A BIG INSULT TO MY FAMILY AND BECKYS FAMILY.

I AM NOT GOING TO SIGN ANY OWNERSHIP PAPERWORK , THE MAYOR OF TUSTIN AND THE q***r STATE OF CALIFORNIA CAN KISS MY PEARLY WHITE A*S.

The Hurst family has been known  to make up stories for example 

when I met James Hurst he insured my father as a client, when I asked him if he would insure me he said"no you are a high risk driver".

my driving record is equal too or better than my fathers and my insurance agent never classified me as a high risk driver , this is part of a scam to get my fathers confidence and his personal information to take away his property. My father is  a meticulous  and organised record keeper and when he died those records mysteriously disapeared from where they are kept with no explaination. (stolen) There were two sets of records which he constantly updated and he was obsessed with this to make it easier for me when he died to take care of my stepmother and his property maintenance. I remember the days he and my stepmother told me what to do when the time came when they would some day need help with medical, paying the bills etc. I have reason to believe the Hurst family and Latham conspired together to take control of my house and control my sister and step mother with coersion and forged signatures on forged documents. 

When i was stopped on the street by 3 cops in Tustin I gave them enough information to prove I am the owner of the house I supposedly burgled they ignored it and continued to harrass me until they released me and told me not to go back. I told them the name of my fathers attorney and that his phone number is in that house (somebody was there with document for me to sign (the last step )my name is on those document today and the HURSTS are the outsiders that planned this scam to use the the Tustin cops to their advantage. ( THE HURST: mother, father, son, daughter). THe Hursts with their fake stories tried to turn my sister against me. I  fixed that problem, I know my family better than any outsiders or scam artists.

When I was arrested they read me my rights "right to remain silent" when I chose not to talk they said I would go to jail so I was forced to talk.

ADT INSTALLED AN ALARM ON MY PROPERTY NOT AUTHORIZED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER, ME.

I WANT ADT CHARGED WITH BURLARIZING MY HOUSE.
