went online to find a solution to my daughters math problem.  ended up on this tutoring website. i never did get an answer to the math problem but i did get some entertainment.... luckilly i didn't lose anything but time. I'm sure there are people who have lost money and children who have gotten bad grades.

this is an interactive tutoring so i asked my question, was waiting and waiting, saw an ad urging me to see what kind of tutoring i could "afford" and finally got assigned my tutor who gave me the sales pitch. He needed to know what grade level the question was from so i said 5th. he assured me that with 24/7 tutoring available i could "take help any were at any time". that was spelling error #1. then he said they "cover any topic's in math" etc... that is error #2. so we go back and forth with the conversation while he still thinks i'm the 5th grader, not the mother. He asked me "are you their with me to help you further?" error #3. I asked where he was located and he would only say USA. so i asked him why i would want a tutor that can't spell or speak correctly. he asked ME to tell HIM where the mistakes were!!! he said he doesn't make mistakes.

the tutors phrasing was wierd. it seemed like it was translated. i told him to reread what he had typed and if he couldn't find his mistakes he should get a tutor, but not from tutornext.com.

it's upsetting because i'm sure there are parents paying these people and their children are getting taught incorrectly.

Your grammer and punctuation is not exactly on a level that you should be criticizing.  If you asked for help in math did you expect an english teacher?

Statistics have shown that the U.S. has a low rating in math skills compared to other countries.  I would welcome help from one of the higher skilled countries.
