Complaint Review: Tuttle Click Dodge

After having my vehicle at Tuttle Click Dodge for 3 days, I was told it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the dealership not all of the work had been completed. I deceided to take the vehicle to another dealer. I did not get 500 yards away and my vehicle had to be towed back for problems they told me had been corrected.

When Tuttle Click properly diagnosed the problem they told me that the repair was not covered by my extended warranty. A warranty I had paid over $1800 for. I paid the bill.

I continued to research the incident and discovered that the Partners Extended Warranty is a company owned by Tuttle Click. I further discovered that the part was covered by the warranty. The service manager has finally admitted that he never checked the warranty and only beleived what Partners told him.
