Complaint Review: Tuttle-Click Inc.

Tuttle-Click Chrylser tried to sell me a tire rotation. New tires had been mounted, balanced, and my wheels aligned just 500 miles earlier. There are less than 35000 street miles on the Chrysler LXI Miknvan.

I have filed a complaint with the California Attorney General and with Chrysler Corporation.

The dealer claims that the tires are cupping. The general manager for Tuttle-Click Chrysler claims that not only the service writer but another service writer and ex-mechanic examined my tires and confirmed there was cupping, even before I made a complaint to the dealership re attempting to write unneccessary work.
