every car dealer is the same to me,but they were really rude, overcharged, and were not very nice to their employee's, or the customers.
#6UPDATE EX-employee responds

Also as an ex-employee of Tuttle-Click Dodge,Chrysler/Jeep,Mitsubishi/Hyundai,I would have to agree with John.I never saw a trans. flush performed with a machine. The technicians only drained the fluid and replaced the filter. They also charged 2 hours at a 100 dollar labor rate, when the technician would only spend approximately half an hour on the job. They would also perform engine flush's on vehicles knowing that it would further damage the engine, resulting in costly repairs. At Mitsubishi when they replace brake pads and turn(resurface) your rotors, they used a machine on the rotors that did not perform correctly, resulting in warped rotors. All the Tuttle-Click dealers I worked at over charged on at least half of their services.Yes i am an ex-employee,I used to be a service writer there, working with the technicians and watching them,I worked at all 3 dealers at the Irvine Auto Center.I did not get fired and I have nothing against them, every car dealer is the same to me,but they were really rude, overcharged, and were not very nice to their employee's, or the customers. The reason why I didn't last there was because I made commission only(no base salary),and I couldn't lie to customers to get them to buy services that they didn't need for their vehicles.

#6Consumer Suggestion
Wed, January 15, 2003
I just love how people will rip off the consumer as you have, and when you get fired you rat them out. What is your beef with them. You helped them rip people off and now you are crying foul. What goes around comes around.
