Complaint Review: TV Addicts/dvdavenue.tv

My friend and I recently purchased The Nanny, Mama's Family, and Murder She Wrote from this ripoff website. My friend received her order first minus the Nanny. I received mine a few days later minus The Nanny.
The quality of the dvds were horrible. They were taken off cable stations such as TBS and Biogrophy. I could have done this myself.

The shipment was sent in envelopes and alot of the cases were cracked There are station promos on the discs and there are missing episodes. I havent had the chance to go through the entire order. I'm not sure of the condition of the rest of the discs.

If I had know what they were doing was against the law I never would have gotten involved with these pirates.
I've tried to call and write to them a number of times and they have not responded to my e mails. When I call the number they say nobody is available to answer my call. What kind of customer service is that?
I am going to call my credit card company to dispute this charge and I can only hope somebody will put a stop to thess people. They deserve to be prosicuted for what they are doing to people.
