TV Authority Unresponsive, overcharged me, stole my money, charged my cc twice, cust svc rep did not follow through as promised Santa Monica California

Ordered a 50 inch Plasma tv from them through Nextag.com. Was charged twice on my cc. TWICE@!! TV came 6 WEEKS later!! Not one week as promised on their website and as promised by customer service representatives.

Btw, they have no clue about anything, and cannot give any straight answers about any question I had with the order. They also put me on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time while they're "trying" to get an answer for me. These guys blow!

After not receiving the tv in the fourth week, they refunded me on one of the tv's they charged me, and offered to refund me shipping because of the long delay in receiving my tv. They refunded me the purchase price and shipping of one of the tv's, but, did they refund me the shipping on the second tv, as promised? Nope. Doy, at least, I think that's her name, always gives me the run-around.

Don't ever do business with them, because they will mess up your order! They may have low prices, but their customer service, or lack, thereof, reflects their non-commitment to quality service.
