Purchased two (2) box sets of two old TV series from tvboxset.com on 07\11\07. Notified by tvboxset that the product was shipped and would arrive between 07\25\07 and 07\28\07 and my credit card was charged.

Later, notified by what I believe to be CanadaPost that the order was in transit and tracking numbers were assigned using a web address supplied by Tv Box Set with new delivery dates of 07\31\07 and 08\02\07 respectively. Between 07\28\07 and 08\07\07, contacted TV Box Set three (3) times asking them to trace the shipment as no delivery was made and got no response from them on any of the request.

On 08\07\07, contacted CanadaPost about these shipments giving them the trace numbers and was informed that TV Box Set is probably a ripoff organization with a lot of complaints against them from people ordering product and not receiving it.

As of 08\07\07, I am following up with CanadaPost recommendation and filing this report\complaint against TV Box Set. In addition, called my credit card company and filed a report with them and filed a dispute of payment against the charge and will in addition, be filing a complaint with my local police.

Booyah, TV Box Set partially came through, I ordered two box sets and one (1) of them was finally delivered on 08\13\07. It was originally due back on 07\31\07 and they never did reply to any of my three e-mails.

I did follow up on my initial threat and put a payment dispute on my credit card charge which they made a couple of days after accepting the original order back in early July. I called my credit card company today and since TV Box Set lump sum billed my account for both box sets, I've decided to keep the payment dispute in place until I receive the other box set. Sort of as an incentive to them to ship the other box set.

The box set I received was for 25 DVD's and 98 hours, I've played one of the 25 DVD's so far and it actually worked and the TV show was there, at least four of the episodes and the viewing quality was average. I will randomly be checking the other 24 DVD's over the next few days.

Who knows, if the other box set arrives and everything is fine, I may continue doing business with these people only on a smaller basis and only occasionally until they prove themselves as a worthwhile company.

Maybe they just had a bad July?????????????

Hope everything works out for the rest of you.
