I ordered a complete dvd set online from tvdvdcloseouts.com.  I was supposed to receive the order in 10-14 days.  I still haven't received the order.


I was billed on my credit card statement for this merchandise and disputed the charge as I haven't received my order.  Also printed on my credit card statement was a foreign transaction fee, which I did not understand at all, since to my knowledge, I did not use my card in a foregin country.


The billing statement reads "PERFECTDVDS" along with this number and country code- "5855424239 KN."  I called this number several times, only to either be disconnected or put on hold.  I finally determined that the order I placed went to Kenya, thus the foreign transaction fee, and finally determined I had been scammed while placing my order over the Internet.  While disputing this charge on my credit card, my credit card company confirmed that the "KN" on my statement referred to Kenya.


I did receive an email confirming my order, but when I replied asking for status or a tracking number on my order, I DID NOT receive a reply back.  In fact, I sent two emails asking for information on my order, as well as contacting them through their website, with no feedback whatsoever.


I would urge everyone NOT to order from this website.
