I ordered one full DVD set of the series Boy Meets World online. I received two emails charging me $139.98. I was worried and emailed them but they assured me that I only ordered and was charged for one product.

However, I received two products in the mail, but I refused the second one and had it sent back to the company. I sent another email telling them what happened and sent a copy of the bill. Now, they will not respond to any of my emails, and have not given me a refund. I've tried calling, but I can't get through to them. It's very unusual that they were able to email me before, but now they won't respond to my request for a refund.
