Complaint Review: TV DVD PLANET - TV ADDICTS

I ordered a 10 season set of a show. They used a flimsy padded envelope with next to no padding. The package was battered and had number of poke holes in it. That's how sparce the padding was. The envelope appeared to have busted open and had been stapled back together (by the carrier?) So 2 seasons were missing. Presumably, they fell out.

I wrote them (politely) and they offered to make good. 4 days after that I wrote again and they apoligized for the delay. "It was being processed" But here I sit 8 days after the initial email to them and no tracking number in site. I have written, they have written back. I was steamed in my last email. I know they are not going to make good.

I purchased this as a gift - I sure hope the dvd's that were in the package worked. I'm lucky I got anything at all. I was taking a chance purchasing from a site that doesn't even have an address on it. Didn't do my homework. So a warning to you all. There are reports all over the internet about these people TVADDICTS and TVDVDPLANET. One in the same.

Do not buy from them. It isn't worth the headache. Spend more and buy somewhere else.
