This report concerns TVDVDWorld.tv, also and/or previously known as UltimateDVDShop.com (telephone numbers 213-725-5232 and 877-788-7469).

On 12/21/2007 I placed an order with this company for 3 items, totaling almost $300.00. About 6 days later I received an email from this vendor indicating all 3 items were back ordered. On January 17 and January 21, 2008, I received email notifications from this vendor that 2 of the 3 items were shipped, and was provided with Canada Post tracking numbers. After almost 30 days, the Canada Post database still does not have any information on these tracking numbers. I can only conclude that the packages were never shipped.

Over the last 30 days, I have sent 3 emails and left 1 voicemail message with this vendor requesting status of my order. To date, I have not received a reply to any of these requests. My last email, sent 2/17/2008, requested total refund, no response has been received.

Since I have not received ordered merchandise from vendor (already paid for), or response about order status, it would seem that vendor does not intend to honor this transaction. I am contacting my bank, credit card company, and eBay (through whom I found this vendor - who has imbedded a website link within eBay listings) to file allegation of fraud.

Please note that in December 2007, this vendor was known as Ultimate DVD Shop (ultimatedvdshop.com, a still active website, with a telephone number of 1-877-7-TV-SHOW). In February 2008, this vendor is known (additionally?) as tvdvdworld.tv (telephone 1-213-725-5232). I do not know if this is an additional "legitimate" website or if the vendor has "switched identities." Regardless, for my payment of almost $300 I have only received some auto-generated emails to date.

I hope that by reading this other consumers will avoid the frustration and disappointment I am experiencing with this vendor.
