In January I purchased a replacement lamp for my projection tv. In March that lamp blew. As per this company's gaurantee I had 90 days to ask for a replacement of a defective part. For 3 weeks I tried to contact them by emails and phone calls to no avail. So, I sent the defective lamp back via Certified mail and the company contacted me today. They refused to replace the replacement bulb and refused to refund my money. This is not a satisfactory way to conduct a business or stand by their products. I suggest that people steer clear of this particular company so they don't get ripped off too.
