Ordered robo vacume on 2/27/06. made an error in giving credit card information..sent e-mails, several times not response..tried all phone numbers listed, says mail box is full. have tried to cancel order, no response. it has been three weeks, they have not charged my cc, just says in processing. I have canceled the order or tried but can;'t get any response.

I want to cancel the charges on my credit card as I made a mistake when ordering..I can not get any response and I can't find which credit card I used..they never sent me an acknowledgement of my order..all I can find is it is in processing not charged.however I ordered the same item three times at 219.90 each and I don't want them..all I want to do is cancel the order and I can't get ahold of this company.
