Complaint Review: Tv Marketplace

I ordered one of those cool fans and found out they don't perform as addvertised. i sent an email telling the company i wanted to cancel the order.I received a response telling me that i couldn't cancel because the item was shipped.I refused item when it was delivered and it was sent back on9/19/06.

now i just received my credit card statement and the charge of $23.85 was entered on my statement.I feel this is unjust because i don't have the item and i feel i should be reimbursed for the $23.85
