TV RUBY Media Monster False advertising - will NOT refund- Mississaua, Ontario Canada
I ordered a set of dvds advertised as excellent quality, digitally remastered. I could barely see or hear it. Very poor quality. Also advertised complete satisfaction - no question asked - will refund promptly. No way will they address my issue let alone give refund. There is no phone or physical address to deal with and they only send out pre written emails which will not even address your question or respond to your problem.
