I ordered "Scrubs" boxset of seasons 1-6. When ireceived them they were in good condition, but the cases look a bit dodgy like the front pictures could have been printed up on a computer. Also i got 17 discs in 3 large cases, only about half of these discs actually play on my DvD player. I also tried to play them on other DvD players but they still did not play. The discs that did play contained all of the same episodes, which might i add were all out of order. Disc one started with episode 17. Then disc 2 wouldnt play, then disc 3 had the exact same stuff (episodes, and extras) on it. When i wrote them an email no one evver responded. So i tried to call they werent open after 2pm. So when icalled at 11am the next day, the phone stayed busy for almost an hour. So i went online for their Live Support. The person who helped me seeme like a child when they were typing, making typos and being very inconsiderate. She kept trying to push for me to not get a refund but for an exchange. She kept persisting that their DvD's are region free and play on any DvD player worldwide, which obviously they dont. Finally she told me i could get another set of DvD's sent to me free of charge, and they will send a prepaid envelope to send back the faulty DvD's...This i have to see, imstill waiting on these DvD's in the mail along with this so called-prepaid envelope. I will let you know what happens...By the way with shipping an handeling they cost $140.00...
