TvAddicts.com Ignored My Emails About Their Damaged Product Internet
I sent them two emails over two weeks ago, and I have not heard back from them at all. They promise a 100% garuntee if returning products, but they do not deliever. I will share with you now, the exact email I sent them, and you will see how bad its been for me.
FIRST EMAIL
"Recently I purchased the Third Watch Comeplete Series on DVD from you. I have come across a couple of problems with some of the discs. One disc stops during an episode about halfway through, and causes my dvd player to freeze so that i have to turn the whole machine off, just to get the dvd out. Then another disc stops about 3 minutes into one episode, and won't go on no matter what I try. Also, I read that it comes with complete episode guides, and I didn't receive anything but the dvds, nothing extra. "
ADDED TO SECOND EMAIL
"Well unforntunatly I've just discovered a much bigger problem with my dvd order. Between discs 7 and 8, there are 22 episodes missing! Disc 7 has four episodes about halfway through season 2, and disc 8 starts on episode six of the third season! I looked the episode guide up online and I am missing 22 episodes!"
I spent a little over 100 dollars on the shows comeplete series, and I really thought I was getting my moneys worth. I was wrong. And the only way I can return a product, is to get a correct returning address from them, which I'll nevre get if they continue to ignore me!
