Complaint Review: TVADDICTS

Back on May 17, 2007 I ordered from TVADDICTS.TV. I was purchasing an old cartoon series on DVD for my brother's birthday, thinking that it would get to me by the 26th of May. Fat Chance! It was supposedly shipped on the 23rd of May and I was given a tracking number for Canada Post. I tried to track my dvd's through Canada post and my tracking number could not be found.

I have continuously tried to track my purchase and have e-mailed this company several times, in which they have told me it was on it's way and that I should have it "soon". None of the representatives that get back to me have given a last name, they have all been first names like Daisy, Chris, Dhel, And Jen. Finally, today, June 18th, after going back and forth with e-mails and the company is now telling me," that my purchased must have been lost on the mail"-not typos the person doesn't even know how to write professionally. I began researching the number the website gives, "1-877-7-TV-Show" and many different websites come up!

I called my Bank since I charged it on my visa card and they are filing a dispute. Luckily, I am only out $40.00, but others have complained about being out $500.00! Buyers Beware! Stay away from this website and any associated with this phony phone number! It's a scam!, I'll just take my chances with a store from now on!
