Complaint Review: Tvaddicts.tv - Dvdavenue.tv

About one month ago I ordered a box set of "Dean Martins Roasts" for $116 from tvaddicts.tv. I received a package today (8/2/07) and it contained 14 home made non-working dvd's. Of course, nobody answered the phone either. The address I wrote is what was on the envelope I received.

It's a d**n shame cause these were going to be a birthday present for my father. If anybody has any information on how I can get my money back or do anything about this, please let me know. The package came from Canada so I know it might not even be possible but I'm crossing my fingers.(I used a debit card through their website I believe, I know that might make it difficult also to get money back)
