Order #109190 received The Muppet Show, Newhart Complete TV series, and the Red Green Show. Here are the problems I found and reported to orders@tvaddicts.tv:

1. The Muppet Show: DVD 9 (season 5, episodes 1-12) would not play past half of episode 5. Episodes 6-12 were missing. This was tested and verified on 3 separate DVD players. I sent 2 emails about this problem, requesting they simply send me a complete, correct copy of DVD 9 and got no reply, despite their web site promise that All emails will be answered promptly:

2. The Newhart Show: Have only watched 4 of the 8 seasons so far but Season 3 episode 17 cuts off half way through and episode 8 won't play on any of my 3 high-quality DVD players.

3. The Red Green Show: I carefully checked all 48 DVDs and found:
DVD #7 is unreadable.
DVD #9 contains 8 episodes of "Living Single" Season 4 and no "Red Green" episodes. Episodes 49-56 (or episodes 1-8 of Season 3) of Red Green are missing.
DVD #17 contain "Transformers" Season 2. As a result Episodes 98-109 (or episodes 1-12 of Season 5) of Red Green are missing.
DVD #49 through DVD#52 which should have Season 15 (episodes 1-20) of Red Green are completely missing.

Order #104856 received the Perry Mason series. After sending 5-7 emails from May 2007 to October 2007 to orders@tvaddicts.tv , I was quite frustrated with the run around and finally simply asked in Dec. 2007:
Earlier this year you promised me that you would replace the defective DVDs in the Perry Mason Series. . . .I'd be happy to settle for just DVDs 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10 and consider the order final. If you do not have and have no intention of getting the complete Perry Mason series, please be so kind as to let me know."

I carefully documented errors on 8 DVDs in this series, but they sent me the following email in Sept. 2007 and again in January 2008: We are very sorry for the delay but due to high demand, the series is on back log and the new stocks will arrive by next week. Please extend your patience and thank you very much. Clearly they are lying to me and have no intention of mending their ways. More recently they have failed to reply to any emails or phone calls. Search this company on the web and you will find many complaints similar to mine, although few as well documented.
