Ordered a complete set of Get Smart DVDs back in July. My credit card was charged and I still have not received any product. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via e-mail and by phone, with no response. When I call, they automatically transfer to a voice mail system due to 'heavy call volume'.

By the looks of my experience as other postings on this site it is looking very much like this is one of those clever ripoff's which cost me 140 AUD.
