Tvboxset.com charged my credit card.... Internet
I ordered a California Dreams box set from this company. I never got the product and they charged my card. I never got a response back When I try to go back to the site its magically down and doesn't appear anymore.

I am a fan of the old TV series.I grew up with those TV series in the 1960's and 1970's during my childhood and teenage years. On July 10,2007, I typed in Man from UNCLE DVD in Google and her I found the complete 104 Episode of that series is made available from TVBOXSET.COM. I ordered them together with four other complete TV series.They responded my orders with emial reply regarding the status of my order when it is being process.Two days after I placed my ordered I manage to find this Rip-Off Report site with quite a number of customers reporting bad experience from them. Anything from missing order and non delievery to poor image DVD quality.I immediately acted on it by getting myself a new card and file my case with the credit card dispute centre to withhold the charges.
After I did that,I received a message from TVBOXSET.COM informing me about the delivery date of my merchandise and the tracking number.Their traking number do not make much sense to Canada Post.After about one month on August 10,2007
I receive my merchandise.The series are not complete as advertised though their image quality is not all that bad and the sound do match the shape of the mouth the persons are talking in the motion picture.Two other TV series are also missing.More so I do receive a call from Quebec Canada which the merchandise is originally sent and ask me how do I find the condition of my merchandise.The customer representative identify herself as Martha and she can be reached at 877-797-7973.She speaks English very very fluently without any "French" accent. I can also talk with her in French.I explained everything to her and also told her about the many complains posted on this site and also my other orders yet to come.She said to me they will send me the other orders and ask me to kindly release the charges to them and I did.If for whatever reason they do not completely live up to their promise,I will lock up those charges again !
