Tvboxset.com dishonest, fraudulent advertising and billing, ripoff Internet
I ordered merchandise from this company which was charged to my credit card on the 8th of april. Thier advertising states all orders are shipped within 72 hours of being received and that a shipping confirmation will be sent e-mail.
I have not received an e-mail regarding shipping. Thier advertising also states that they have staff around the clock standing by to answer e-mail requests promptly.
I have e-mailed them twice requesting information regarding my order and have not heard from them. They report being committed to thier customers but obviously this is not true.
