TVBOXSET.com ordered 20 seasons of gunsmoke,but never received them Internet
In July I ordered for my wife the 20 seasons of gunsmoke through tvboxset.com. The total price including shipping and handling $309.98.I was given confirmation emails and even given a tracking number that was of no use.All and all my wife and I have been emailing the resolutions@tvboxset.com and received many emails from a Jeff Tabares who promised me last month my refund to which I've never received it!I have notified my credit card company,we have enclosed copies of the emails now the card wants more info!! I don't know what else to give them.I'm really cautious about the internet and won't order from any company that I don't have checked out.
