tvboxset.com - Tvboxset ripoff ordered dvd boxset took my money have not received order Internet
I ordered a DVD boxset from Tvboxset.com (Longstreet - Complete Series). They took the money from my credit card and sent me an email to say that the boxset was on it's way, and gave me an expected delivery date.
The expected delivery date came and went with nothing arriving. I emailed the company and they replied with some excuse about their server going down and they were running off a backup server!!!??(I have no idea how this affects the delivery of my package once they have sent it!)
I have emailed them a further five times now and I have not received a single reply.
