My son bought me the Coach DVD series with tvdvdoutlet.com for Christmas. The dvds came in a box that you can buy at the store. Then I opened them up and the dvds were numbered by someones hand writing. That you couldn't read. We were leaving to go out of town and I brought the DVD's to watch on the road and several of the DVD's could not be read. Finally I found one that worked, in the middle of one of the shows it stops and says "its illegal for you to record" then the show comes back on and it shows the channel, time, and how much time is left on the show. That just proves they are copies from tv. The quality of the shows are poor, they skip, the titles are not correct, and it is not in order. This is what the company said on their website

What an amazing DVD Set for the Coach Fan!

Not one thing is correct! I emailed them several times before I got a responses. They are not new at all. All copied!

They said there is 25 DVD's I got 36!

Here is the email I got from them

Our transactions are all concluded via e-mail, so a phone call would not be feasible.

Please however feel free to e-mail with all questions/requests, and we would be happy to get back to you as soon as possible.

Please kindly note that an Official DVD Collection has never been released for this series and what you received was a Collectors/Fan Version.

No where on their site says collectors/fan version. They will not call me just email they wont give me an address to return or resolve the matter.

Dont get rid of your copies just in case you will have proof of what they did and how they are a ripoff.

While it's unlikely that you'll ever get your money back, you could make life a bit more unpleasant for these scammers by reporting them to the MPAA's piracy cops.

The following website has a form for reporting sales of pirated videos :
