Complaint Review: TVDVDBoxSets.com

I have a mixed bag about this company. It is not entirely unreliable, but not entirely reliable.

I ordered a complete Law & Order series after reading an ad claiming I would get all 19 Seasons (including the current one) on 105 discs. Well, I made the order. Certainly, took awhile, but packages coming from out of the country must go through customs which can take some time. I did indeed receive my package...in two shipments. Some of the cases were broken. The labels were incorrect (they had Law & Order:SVU labels) and printed on very poor paper. All of the discs do not play on all DVD players. What's the up side that I mentioned? All of the episodes were there from Seasons 1-18. There was no 19, though. I must admit that Seasons 1-16 were very very professionally made. Seasons 17 was rather thrown together...but I got all of the episodes in order. Seasons 18 was completely thrown together and somewhat out of order...but I have all of them, too. All of the episodes are obviously recorded from various television broadcasts, but there were no commercials. The quality is fine on almost all of the discs. All in all, it was not a bad deal for a little over $100, but I probably will not buy from a place, again that does not publish a physical address or phone number. Lastly, they indeed do not return emails :(
