tvdvdboxsets.com very misleading, cheap, pirated, Internet
I saw a report from someone for tbdvdboxsets.com and I had to respond. I had ordered the full box set of the bob newhart show (all seasons) for my mom for her birthday. I thought wowim getting a God deal boy was I wrong.
When the package finally came ,it took a month to arrive, my mom it in and we quickly realized we were ripped off. First we noticed the package had come all the way from China, thats right the DVDs were made in China , the box that holds the DVDs itself was a cheap plastic holder that had a black and white printed off the computer on regular paper picture inside of the case.
So we think ok thats odd so we open the case and all the DVDs have a cheap black and white sticker of bob newhart and little stickers on the bottom with numbers that were written by hand. we take one out and pop it in the DVD player and wouldnt ya know it its very obviously been pirated. The picture was kinda grainy and at the bottom of the screen on the right side you can clearly see the tvland logo lol.the DVDs are recored off of the TV so they cut out for commercials ,which they erased, and some are cut short like they do on TV to fit the allotted time. So your missing parts off the show.
All in all I wasted 70 dollars. When I tried to contact the company of course no one responded. Never buy from them , all you will get is a pirated piece of crap. Total ripoff!!
