Bought Twilight Zone Complete Series, or so I thought. I found out shortly after purchase that "original" DVD set had 28 DVD's, this one had 45. Thats how I knew this was a copy from China, most likely. I e-mailed several times to stop shipment and cancel this order. Each mail was responded to by a "Kimberly Weiss" who "gladly" reported on the status of my order. They went ahead and shipped it, and yes, it was from China.

Through my bank statement I was able to get a phone #, you won't find it ANYWHERE on the website. FOR EVERYONES BENNIFIT HERE IT IS..647-722-9393..it is a landline number in Toronto, Canada. Couldn't get the name, though. Downtown area of the city, I believe.

I called this number, took a few days to get through, and a person who sounded like the comedian Dennis Miller, answered. Talk about a SCHMUCK!!! I think this report will be deleted if I use what I really want to call him. Nothing but insult after insult, and you sit and take it or risk being hung up on, which he did twice. I am in the process of waiting the 24-72 BUSINESS hrs for an e-mail with the return address, so I may return my item. We'll see what happens. I've contacted my bank. I must wait 30 days, and afterwards show proof that I have tried to contact this A**HOLE to return the item.

THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. And needs a visit from STEVEN SEGAL!!!

This is an update on my report from yesterday. Imagine my suprise when I went to do my online banking only to find a FULL refund of my purchase. Weather this had anything to do with my informing them of my intentions of going to my bank or calling them, how knows.

Thank you for the refund, now I will wait paitiently for the information on where to return your boxed set.
The guy in toronto is still a SCHMUCK, though.

Did you read?  In part their Terms and Conditions page says:

"It is understood by the customer that some of the DVDs sold by TV DVD Paradise have been individually compiled from original film stock and public domain wholesaler sources. These sources have an inconsistent level of preservation associated with them. In accordance the playback experienced may vary from movie to movie on any DVD collection purchased. Every effort has been given to maintain true DVD quality, but the customer understands and accepts that some level of imperfection is present in each film and that level of imperfection can vary significantly between films. This means the customer accepts that their may be "pauses" or "skips" present in the playback of any given film. We have made every effort to keep errors to a minimum, but they may still exist. The customer accepts this as part of their set, and as part of owning films directly converted from original film stock."

Also according to the FAQ, call your card and tell them what happened.  The FAQ says you had to give them that three digit number on the back of your card.  No valid online retailer needs that or asks for it.
