I ordered an Ab Chair 6 months ago. They never charged me, or sent the item until 2 months after the online order. I tried to cancel via email but they ignored my request and charged me anyway. Upon delivery I refused to sign and returned the chair to the company. It has been 6 months since my purchase and i still have no refund, even though they have stated that the refund has already been sent. All they say is "it will be there next week". You can almost never contact them because they never answer their customer service number. It always says "this mailbox is full" which makes me think it is nothing but a cell phone. When I do get someone on the line they say the same bologna every time almost as if it is scripted.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I've made it my personal mission to expose these phonies for what they are.
