ordered myRobot room Scheduler Deluxe 14DEC 2006. Hoping to recieve before Christmass.Attempted to contact them several times on 22nd tillthe 24th of DEC.2006 never have luck.Called again on the 26DEC numerous times I failed.Contacted my bank and stop payment on the 28DEC.2006 Dissapointed the bank cancelled my credit card. After receiving my new Bank card TVmarketplace collected $199.95 dollars debited on my account in Jan.8 2007. On the 10th of JAN 2007 TVmarketplace.net sent me a product very much defferent from my order.They sent me the Auto cleaner M-388 this is not in the catalog.The robot vacuum I ordered has lots of features than the one they shipped late.I'm not even sure if it works.It is more generic and very less features and less expensive.
