The ad for the owl light states 2 cards for $9.99, when received only one card at a cost of $16.99, all attempts to contact them are fruitless email, phone number1-916-679-0335 is a mail box that is always full, no contact, email address is invalid.

I'm contacting wisconsin state atty general office about this. Also contacting all tv. stations that air this ad and califonia better business bureau, and united states post office.
