Complaint Review: TvonPC Elite

TvonPC Elite have'nt been able to talk to rep about cancelling my subscription by phone, i get as far as listening to a recording about their time of services Las Angeles California

Back in July of 2007 I ran across a website that was offering a promotion on viewing TV channels on PC/Laptop.

I ordered the PC Elite and trial memership thinking this would be agreat idea to take with me to work and especially since I work with a school District and do alot of field trips and have several hours to kill and I would be entertain during those hours.

Well I was not satisfied with the product at all and especially with the fact
that I was not able to view a 1/4 of the channel listings that I was garauntied
to be able to view.

When I knew that I was not satisfied with the product at all I tried calling a number that came with the DVD that was shiped to me and when they were hardly able to help me in getting more veiwing channels I decided to cancel my membership by calling a toll free number that was given to to me by the useless person that could not help me in getting more viewing channels to begin with.

I told the rep that I wanted to cancell my trail/membership because I was not
satified with their product thats when I was given the toll free number to call and not to mention the run around. Till this day I am not still able to talk to a live operator.

After not getting anywhere with the number I was given I decided to call my c.c. company and they were not of much help either ....although they did try to help me by cancelling my c.c. and providing me with a new c.c. .

I was under the asumption that by getting a new c.c. there would be no more new charges on the new c.c. right? wrong!

I am still being billed for the product on a monthly bases. thats the reason why I mentioned the c.c. company was not of very much help.....If I would of known that getting a new c.c. was not going to help at all I would not of bothered the credit card company with this matter to begin with.

Please help me with this matter ...I am running out of options and patience.
I know that I should of know better by not buying this product... but i guess we live and learn by our mistakes
