Item was ordered October 12, 2007. It is now December 3rd. I got tired of waiting and asked for a credit card refund. The card was charged at the beginning and now they will not issue a credit card refund. Last Thursday, they said it would be issued TODAY. It's now Monday afternoon and no reponse to e-mails.
