TVpast.com Ordered the rifleman series 2 months ago never received it nor refunded Woodbridge Virginia
On 4/2/08 I ordered the rifleman DVD series was told it was on back order when I e-mailed them why was my dredit card charged when the item wasn't even shipped yet. after the 10 day wait I e-mailed again to check for my ordr delivery was told it was on another back order I waited. 15 days after I e-mailed again looking for my order or a refund if they couldn't fill the order. I received an e-mail on 5/2/08 saying everything was resolved to give the supplier 10 more days to workout all the back orders and I should receive my order. 25 days later no order or refund received. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of Virginia and also with the attorney general of Connecticut. I hope one of these can help me get my money. Now I'm filing a report with you. The more people now the better these fraud artist needs to be stopped.

After several month's trying to contact the company without success and after filing a report with the better business bureau and attorney generals office I finnally received a full refund from the company tvpast.com.
