DO NOT do any business with this company. We purchased a tv from them and in less then 2 years, it has pixelating line from top to bottom on right side. We had a year from manufacturing warranty, so we thought. Took an extra 2 year in home warranty. They are not honoring it and hang up on us and are very rude. We bought a 60" Samsung smart tv. Found out thru Samsung that there is no warranty from them because they don't honor warranty on 3rd party sellers who are unauthorized to sell their products...it is a bait and switch. The guy told my husband, for a few 100 more he can give us the next years model...Well found out they are refurbished or discontinued tv's they sell for the profit..Plus we were supposed to get free shipping and it costs over 500.00 in shipping. Came in a white van with Bob's on it...like a back alley deal. Needless to say, it has been over 6 mths, cause Robert says he has to find a new panel (screen). That won't happen  because they don't make plasma's anymore...now we need a lawyer to take them to court and if anybody has an address for this place it would help. I have come up with 2 addresses. One lawyer said they can't even find them...Any info would help.
