Tweeter is bankrupt

Hopefully you got some satisfaction from Trustee George Miller, but knowing what I know about the Tweeter situation, probably not.  Also, George Miller is not an attorney, he is a CPA handling the Tweeter bankruptcy as Trustee.

Tweeter went bankrupt and left many people with warranties, cash deposits and merchandise in for repair high and dry.  They also screwed over employees with 401ks and back pay. If you are lucky, Tweeter forwarded your warranty on to another provider.

I was going to have a TV installed in my home by Tweeter, and put down $2,500 via check to schedule the service and start ordering components.  Tweeter then declared bk and my cash was confiscated. Now my money is in litigation and I have no say in what happens to my money.

Good luck with your outcome.
