Our vehicle broke down in Fort Payne, AL. After taking all day to fix the water pump, it took then another day to diagnose the other problems with the car. With the help of my husband and another mechanic from another shop, it was decided something was wrong with the engine block. It took the shop 3 weeks for the repair the engine and come to find out the repairs the shop did caused other problems in the car. In addition, when the repair shop put the engine in the car, they removed bolts by torching them off and not replacing the bolts if they didn't have the correct bolts in the shop. The shop DID NOT use any brackets or nuts. Currently, the engine is being held in by 3 bolts, one of which is a 6 inch bolt which is scraping against other parts of the vehicle. Do your research, come to find out this auto repair shop has a VERY bad reputation in that small town.
