Twice as clean was a cleaning company that was hired to clean my home. They came to the house once and did a terrible job. I told them the next week had to be better. The next week they called to inform me they had lost my house key and my payment in the same envelope. That left my house key and address out in the world some place. I had to leave a meeting and find a lock smith to come out and change the locks. I informed them in writing and through voice mail messages that they would have to pay for the locksmith, my lost wages and the stop payment on the check. I have not hurd from them scince. I turned the matter over to the BBB and have not gotten any responce.

Rowena,
Take the owner of that company to small claims to recover the cost of installing new locks in your home. Be prepared, the judge is going to ask you why you mailed a key.
