Complaint Review: Twilight Render

Twilight Render is a rendering software.  It's a "plug-in" to Sketchup software.  The Administration treats their customers brutishly.   They don't offer support.  And, has accused numerous customers of using pirated software.  Myself being one of those customers.   I use legally downloaded software from their website.   I have sent numerous e-mails to Administration, but they don't answer incoming e-mail.  They don't have any telephone contact. And their physical address is unknown.  I strongly suspect the legality of the persons operating the Twilight Render website...and their web-page on Facebook.   If you're a graphics person, don't use Twilight Render software.  Save yourself a lot of headaches.
