Complaint Review: Twin oaks

I moved here may 9 th. 2016. I wasnt here three months before I was asked for sex from oneof the residents that showed me his p***s. I made a police report and nothing was done to my knowledge. How ever Kristi lied about the property I purchased, such as, the trailer didn't need to be leveled, the roof didn't leak, and that they would fix the door. When I moved in the office was closed. All the things I mentioned to Kristy about the home. Indeed they had to be repaired. The home needed to be leveled, the roof leaked by the sky light and the door has to be replaced. I filed a claim with the district attorney 's office and twin oaks had to re-emburse me a thousand dollars. For consumers

fraud. I thought all was good untill their over ride water pipe busted 12-19-15 . I was informed that the pipes had to be wrapped for the winter so I paid to have to done. I had to file to my insurance company for the water damage that unleaveled the home from the busted pipe. I was told it was twin oaks pipe by twin oaks and they were responsible. I ran the info across to Kristy. She said she would speak with her boss. Later that month she said her contractor for the park would look at the damge and give her a bid at no cost to me. The contractor came out accessed the problem gave Kristy the bid and next thing I know Kristy 's boss wanted to come look at the damage. She looked at the pipe

that was fixed by there maintenance man and said it was my fault the pipe busted because the pipe wasnt wrapped right and the heat tape wasnt even warm. Remember her maintenance man had all ready fixed the pipe. And how did she even know if the pipe was wrapped right before it broke. She didn't Even it until after it was repaired I had to pay for the water damage my self and her contractor came back and stated the home was fine and didn't need to be leveled where there pipe caused water damage. My contractor stated differently and I ended up paying for the repairs. Now I have put the home up for sale. I recently found out Kristy is holding my personal file in HER office! I

was told by Kristy that some people wanted to see my property a couple weeks ago. Over a conversation with Kristy she started that the guy that looked at my place wanted to move in by a week after Christmas. And for new to get packing So if course I got packing. Well the man was not accepted to the park. This woman has played this little game with me three times rushing me to leave my home to be viewed and no one comes and I don't even get a follow up call that no one was coming. Kristy has also stated to me that everything I say to her she had to tell her boss Stacy Bryant because I filed with the county attorneys office against twin oaks. Sounds like retaliation To me

and I'm fead up . I can't get a straight answer or the truth from these people if we were standing before God . Now IAM all packed up,no buyer and I have my new place to nice to out of state . What a in convenient situation. Thanks twin oaks!!!!!
