Initially I thought this was a nice establishment that worked with you to resolve automobile issues. While some of the employees are considerate and willing to serve, one in general is not, thus the reason I am filing this report.

My car's transmisson failed on August 23, 2002. I was leaving that evening for vacation and subsequently had to change plans. The car was ultimately fixed but I didn't pick the car up until October 16, 2002. I paid $1,553 dollars for the repair and was given a "30 day warranty".

December 7th (2-1/2 weeks after the expry of the warranty)the transmission failed again. Twin Towing relunctantly came and got the car and on December 17th I was told that the "guy" that sold them the warranty was not going to honor it because it had expired. In addtion, they contend that the warranty began from the time Twin received the transmission not from when I picked it up.

A hard-working person am I and one who is obviously being taken advantage of from this tow company.
