I have used the services of Mr Rylon Peterson (Twisted Throttle of Colorado Springs) and have been pleased. He was, in fact, recommended to me by an employee of a local HD dealership, who had used him himself. When I took my Honda to Rylon, he was very nice to work with, knew his stuff and was responsive to my needs. He made the repairs and provided the service I had requested. I trust him and plan to use him again in the future.

In response to the person who feels he was ripped off by Twisted Throttle. I would like to say that I have had my motorcycle worked on several times by Twisted Throttle and know of many others who have also had their motorcycles worked on and have had everything from engine repairs, shocks, electrical work, add ons etc. and not had any issues at all. The technicians were very responsive and attentive to what needed to be done and my motorcycle was returned in tip top condition and ready to ride.
In talking with the technicians in the shop this shop is just getting started as a new business and was started with a technician that was trained and certified in one of the best schools. He is honest and is hard working and has put forth a lot of effort to make sure things are right and bikes are repaired and ready to ride.
I think prior to bashing a business it would be in everyone's best interest to hear the other side of the story.
