Complaint Review: Twister Computers Wayne C. Trapp Jr.

Around 7/15/01 WayneC.Trapp Jr.owner of Twister Computers was working on my PCsaid he needed to take home to repair. Called him several times said he was waiting for some parts to be down-loaded to him. Said he couldnt get them downloaded from his computer. Said E-mailed them said it took 3 weeks for them to answer.

Talked to him on 9/30/01 promised me it would be ready on Wednesday 10/3/01 called for a week didnt get answer. Went to where his wife worked she wouldnt talk to me. Was told he left town. Went to county filed a police report for stealing my pc. on 10/11/01 officer said he would go talk to his wife and come by my house and let meknow what was going on. didnt come by or call so i called the countysaid they talked to the DA he said it would a civil matter i would have to pay $40.00 for filing fee.

He has moved out of town somewhere in Kansas. The county won't tell me where. So in other words its ok that he STOLED my computer. We have the poorest law enforstment system of any place in t6he US. They do as they d**n well please.
