Two Men & A Truck Con Artists Fairfield Ohio
The Fairfield location scammed me by understateing their costs, charged me $300 per hour, per packer. The Supervisor did NO work, one of the packers was constantly on the phone with his girlfriend, and the only packer that worked was inexperienced and hired the day before. At the last minute thd switched trucks from an air shock to leaf spring (rental) which caused considerable bounceing and damaged several expensive items. The PROMISED and GUARENTEED that any damages would be repaired or they would pay for FULL REPAIRS.
To date (2 months after the move) they have only offered to pay on poundage for two antique's that were damaged and will cost hundreds of dollars to repair.
Lastly, the upper supervisor conn'ed me by claiming to be a veteran and insisting he took special care of veterans.
In simple, these people are con artists and openly commit fraud. Reports to the Fairfield Police Department has returned a lack luster responce, suggesting they are unwilling to enforce the law or don't understand the term Bunko.
Follow ups are in process with the Ohio State Attorney General's office And Federal PA since this qualifies as an interstate crime.

Two Men and a Truck is subject to a tariff. Our rates are the same for every customer and are NEVER changed unless the tariff is changed. A rate of $300/hour DOES NOT exsist. If you would like to make a complaint about our company's rates or dispute the cost of your move we would be happy to discuss it with you.
I believe that this report is a scam seeing as though no one has ever contacted us with this complaint. We automatically send response cards to all of our clients asking them how we did. We have NEVER received a response to this effect.
Two Men and a Truck is not just a moving company... it is a customer service company. We would be happy to right any wrongs or misunderstandings that may have occured.
Thank you!
