I have a Yamaha piano. In addition to all of my household goods, I paid TWO Men AND A TRUCK to move my piano (I paid extra for the piano). The broke all 3 brass pedals on my piano. IThey moved the piano on May 3rd. The piano tuner I employ discovered this when he went to tune my piano on August 22nd. Neither my wife or I play the piano and all three pedals were snapped off and stuck back in the piano like they should rest normally so I wouldn't suspect.

Two Men and a Truck has summarily dismissed my claim because they said too much time had elapsed since the move. The cost to repair has not been determined as the piano repairman is presently determining the cost. They are the only ones that could have damaged the piano and struggled with it during the move.

I would never recommend them to anyone because they don't stand behind their word and their CORE VALUES:

To always conduct oneself with honesty and integrity
To treat everyone the way you would want your Grandma to be treated
