Two Men And A Truck ripoff, poor service, poor resolution, unprofessional, dishonest Alpharetta Georgia
This was a move in which the movers did not properly pack and wrap furniture, the misrepresented, and the quaility of customer service is horrid. Aside from almost doubling the initial quote, the move was at BEST timely, however, the movers damaged a lot of things, including a 60" Mitsubishi Big Screen TV, and a lot of furniture; even with the extra insurance, which I paid for extra for, they are now refusing to fix 85% of the damaged items. The movers themselves were rude and unprofessional, and my 60 year old father and myself ended up having to do a lot of what we paid to have done. This entire experience thus far, has been nothing but a nightmare!

I have since moved again, and this time I did it on my own, everything arrived perfect! In the months since Feb. Two Men and a Truck, and myself, had several phone calls, letters, emails, etc. Trying to get this situation resolved. However, before I moved again in early August, there was no resolution.
I will say this, they did send someone out to fix the furniture, however the deductable was $300, and I paid that, they paid the couple hundred dollar difference, however, the biggest thing, the Television, was left unresolved. explained to Alan, the owner, that I would happily type a retraction on this site once the TV was fixed, but they let it go and ceased contact with me. If you go with these people and things get damaged, I would be ware.
