TWO PENNY RENTALS, LLC - Eddie Wilt - Wayne Wilt - Eddie Mehalick Beware! Fraudulent Company! Baltimore Maryland
We hired this company to manage our rental property, under the management of Edward Wilt, aka Wayne Wilt, aka Eddie Mehalick . Their management service was cheap compared to other local rental companies because it came with a price...your entire MONTHLY PAYMENTS!!!! They received payments from our tenants but did not remit them to us.
Furthermore, they advised our tenants that if they're interested in later owning the property, they can add $200 to their monthly payments. Ofcourse, we did not know about this until we spoke to the tenants later on.
When we tried to contact them, they just vanished! Their website was gone, their phonelines were cut off, they did not respond to any of our email messages.
DO NOT TRANSACT BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES!!! Take this as a friendly advise from owners who are now having legal headaches with these people.

I have am also having problems with EDDIE MEHALICK. He is now in Cleveland Ohio and ripping people off here. He has recently changed his company name again from AKRON EVICTION to THE CLEVELAN-LORAIN HOUSING INITIATIVE. I believe i may soon =be another victim of theft. I urge any individual or company who has had a similar experience with EDDIE MEHALICK to contact me at (((Redacted)))or at (((Redacted))) to notify the authorities and take action!
